Event Setup

Saturday morning from 9am-3pm, in preparation for the event.

Registration

Saturday evening 5-7pm we need a few volunteers to help with registration.

Silent-Auction
-
From 5-10pm we'll need some help managing the silent auction items.

Game Monitors
-
From 6-10pm we need 12-18 game monitors to support our evening tasks around the room.

Take- down/Clean-up
-
From 10-11pm we need a little help folding up the tables and chairs, picking up any trash, vacuuming the floor and in general tidying up the place.

Registering on-line reserves your spot for 10 business days if paying by check.

Phone and email registration will be not be accepted.

All registration must include full payment. If you sign up as a single player, we will place you on a team.

All players wanting to play together can register on-line using their Team Name

Registration is first come first serve. This event has sold out every year, so register early!

Entrance fee is $25 per player, if tickets are still available at the door, the price increases to $30.

Spaces cannot be saved or reserved; registration is guaranteed when payment is received.

Refunds will only be issued if the event sells out when your registration is received. Refunds will not be issued if a player is unable to attend, but you may find a substitute to take their place.

Team captain will receive confirmation information 2 weeks prior to the event with all of the exciting details.

Check in begins at 5:00 p.m. with play starting at 7:00 p.m.Please be in your seats by 6:45 sharp.

There will be a "no-host bar" and light snacks will be available at each table. If you would like a meal, come early and eat at one of CVI restaurants on the Casino floor.

In addition to Bunco, there will also be a Silent Auction and a 50/50 cash raffle. We have a fabulous Door Prize this year that you don’t want to miss! Tickets sell for $2 each or 6 for $10. We will also have shirts for sale as well as $5 and $10 wrapped gifts you can purchase at the door.

A block of rooms is also available for $82 at the Carson Valley Inn and $79 at the Motor Lodge. (To make reservations, call 1-800-321-6983 ext. 1 and mention group number 503797 and that it’s for Bunko for Breast Cancer on October 11th. Please be prepared with the credit card you will be holding the room on.)
